Back on Track

Expect the unexpected some will say. Flow with life's changes. Bend like the willow. Trust all is well no matter how it looks. All is well that ends well.

Our trip to Hawaii is one of those moments in life that just came and went. The people were awesome, loving and wonderful. The retreat was inspiring and transformative. The weather was beautiful, as always. And I spent 80% of my time sick in bed.

Oh well! I get to return in July for another fabulous, healing and inspiring retreat. I actually received healing, transformation and lots of rest. I totally love being there once or twice annually. The place we stay is exceptionally beautiful, quiet and peaceful. These were some of my self consoling thoughts.

What did I learn?…Since Everything is my teacher and my teaching.

Listen within for direction. Listen within for guidance. Listen within for support. Listen within for healing. Listen within for Truth.

Some listen to others. Some listen to their minds. Some listen to their bodies. Some listen to their Spirit or Higher Self. Where do you listen?
